FLUTTERBYES

Flutterbyes is our after school club provision at Brooke. These are the booking forms and registration form that must be filled in when a family request a place.

HOLIDAYS

Appication for leave of absence for a school pupil for an annual family holiday. Please note that the school strongly discourages families from booking holidays during term time.

FAMILY FITNESS

 

We have a gym at school that can be used by families from 3:00pm to 6:00pm every weekday during term time. Please complete the registration form, send it to school, and we will contact you with more details about the next induction sessions.

SCHOOL HEALTHCARE PLAN

 

The health and wellbeing of your child is of paramount importance to us at Brooke School. In some cases your child will need specific attention or provision relating to their medical needs. In these cases it is vital that you have an appointment with our healthcare team (Ali or Glenda), and that together you complete the following healthcare form.

16-19 BURSARY

If you’re 16 to 19, you might be able to get £1,200 from the 16 to 19 Bursary Fund to help with your studying or training.

 

If you’re in one of the groups below, you could get a bursary of £1,200:

  • people in care or care leavers
  • people claiming Income Support
  • disabled people getting Employment and Support Allowance and Disability Living Allowance

If you aren’t in one of these groups, you could still get a bursary depending on your personal circumstances.

HOW IT’S PAID

The bursary is paid directly by Brooke School. They will decide how much and when it’s paid.

 

WHEN IT IS PAID

The bursary will be allocated by the end of each Autumn term. In all cases the bursary applications aredue into school by the 7th December. The money will then be allocated, according to the policy, by the end of term.
