Stakeholder Voice

Stakeholder Voice Collection Calendar 2024/2025

At Brooke School, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment where every voice is valued. Our Stakeholder Voice Collection Calendar outlines when we gather feedback from students, parents, and staff throughout the academic year.

  • Students will have three formal opportunities to share their thoughts through surveys, focus groups, and student council discussions.
  • Parents will be consulted twice via online surveys, parent forums, and parent-teacher meetings to ensure their perspectives shape school improvements.
  • Staff will also provide input twice a year through meetings, anonymous surveys, and open discussion forums.

In addition to these whole-school feedback opportunities, all students also share their individual pupil voice during their annual reviews, ensuring that their personal experiences and needs are heard and considered as part of their educational journey.

All feedback will be carefully analysed by the Senior Leadership Team, with findings reported to staff and governors. Action plans will be developed based on key insights, ensuring that the feedback leads to meaningful change. Summaries will be shared with stakeholders via newsletters, meetings, and school communications.

While these are our formal opportunities for gathering feedback, we strongly encourage students, parents, and staff to share their thoughts, concerns, and ideas at any time throughout the year. Open communication is key to our continuous improvement, and we value ongoing dialogue to ensure our school remains a positive and thriving learning environment for all.

We believe that by actively listening to our school community, we can continue to create a positive and thriving learning environment for all.
